The Kitchen

Our kitchen is a fully-equipped commercial facility, licensed by the Michigan Department of Agriculture. The shared-use space is ideal for food entrepreneurs looking to launch or expand a small business. Local businesses such as Laurita’s Empanadas and Tortillas & Suzy’s Pies currently make their products at our facility. 

The kitchen is also available for cooking classes, canning parties, field trips, and special events. We offer reasonable rental rates and run our schedule 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

  • Blodgett double-deck convection oven

  • Six-burner gas stove with griddle and two ovens

  • One electric range and oven

  • Three-compartment sink

  • Robot Coupe

  • KitchenAid stand mixer (4.5 quart)

  • Walk-in cooler and freezer

  • Small wares, sheet trays, stock pots, etc.

  • On-site storage
